June 2008 - The exhibition inside the wheelhouse
Each tour lasts approximately 1 hour and starts at the Titan
Crane ticket office. At the ticket office, there
is a small cafe facility, an exhibition and shop. From
here the Titan courtesy bus will shuttle you round to the
Crane and visitor centre. The Drawing Office visitor centre
houses our collection of ship models, memoribillia
and historic photos along side our coffee shop.
The bus is fully wheelchair accessible, but please advise if
there is more than one wheelchair user in your party. There
are fully accessible toilet facilities at both the
ticket office and the Crane.
Remember it can be cooler and windier at 150ft than at ground
level so please wear appropriate clothing. Also, on the jib
platform, flat shoes are recommended.
